This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and tv. On my first stay, the staff helped with directions, which I appreciated. Highly recommend, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Good place with free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and in-room breakfast. The staff once helped me retrieve my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Very helpful and honest staff. Its location to the beach and the proximity of the bars and clubs is excellent. Restaurants and a well stocked convenience store is only mi on the same road.nutes away
Breakfast could have been a little later on the Sunday, enabling a bit of a lie in. It was a shame there was no dinner in the restaurant on sunday evening. After a day on the beach, the last thing we wanted to do was go out to look for food. A roast would have gone down a treat

The staff were really lovely and we were made very welcome the moment we arrived which was quite late in the evening. It was made clear to us that if we needed anything it would be no trouble for them. The location was superb for the beach and facilities. Just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice, not over elaborate but satisfactory and good value.

The room was clean, but the shower barely worked and was oddly positioned. Friendly staff helped us with our concerns, though nothing was resolved satisfactorily.

Possibly the best and nice stay on a business trip. All in all marvellous and lovely setting close enough to bournemouth international center which was 5 minuits away, the beaches and the sea front. Also, near to everything.

Overall impression is good. Decent matrasses. Hot water flowing with good pressure, towels and linens changed every day...
one of the rooms we rented had some specific smell, not sure what it was... nothing unbearable, but still... the other room was cosy, tidy and very clean, no smells or anything. We stayed with the dog and may have been given that smelly and bigger room dog wise... smell from the bath sink???

This is a family run hotel, and the people were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It was explained to me that the family only took over the hotel earlier in the year, and were now busy updating the rooms floor by floor.
On the Wednesday morning the fire alarm went off at 6.20am, and on going downstairs I was rather disconcerted to find that no staff were in the hotel overnight.
